We defend the highest-risk frontlines RAINFOREST FROM OTHERWISE-CERTAIN DESTRUCTION, TO PROTECT our biodiversity and climate

THE AMAZON IS

HUMANITY’S

CLIMATE SOLUTION

MOST CRITICAL

Abstract image featuring a dense pattern of overlapping colorful dots in shades of blue, yellow, and green against a dark background.
  • Removes 20% of human carbon emissions

  • Produces 25% of your freshwater and rain

  • Home to 50% of all terrestrial biodiversity

The Amazon is impossible to replicate, and deforestation is pushing it towards a tipping point of total collapse, destroying most of the world’s living organisms, breaking the water and oxygen pump of the planet, and making climate change all but impossible to stop.

OUR MODEL:

DEFENSE THAT

DRIVES VALUE

WE STOP DEFORESTATION
WHERE IT HAPPENS: AT THE HIGHEST-RISK FRONTLINE

RDC defends the most highly threatened rainforest in the Brazilian Amazon from otherwise-certain destruction.

When successful, we generate high-integrity carbon credits, which we sell to serious net-zero companies to generate revenue. We then repeat and rapidly scale this process with access to capital markets, to defend more rainforest from otherwise-certain destruction.

Secure the HIGHEST-RISK FRONTLINES rainforest

We target rainforest areas with the highest levels of destruction in the world. Our flexible approach allows us to help defend rainforest on indigenous, public and private lands.

Deploy PROActive
Defense

We actively defend each of our rainforest areas from otherwise-certain destruction through a coordinated set of defensive measures. We heavily monitor the rainforest, respond rapidly to any incursions, and work with communities on both sides of the frontline to align incentives with conservation and restoration.

FRONTLINE CARBON Credits

When successful in defending rainforest from otherwise-certain destruction, we earn carbon credits which we sell to serious net zero companies to generate revenue. Our carbon credits are unique in that we work only at the highest-risk frontlines, and through a combination of defense of intact forest and restoration of adjacent degraded land. 100% of proceeds from carbon sales are used to defend more highly-threatened rainforest.

Scale Through Capital Markets

We reinvest all our revenue, and access the capital markets and grants, in each case in order to rapidly scale to protect 1M hectares of the highest-risk rainforest in the Amazon by the end of 2030.

A SMARTER WAY

TO SAVE THE

RAINFOREST

BUILT FOR IMPACT, LED BY EXPERTS

Our team comes from Cravath, Allianz, NYSE, WWF, IUCN and beyond, bringing deep expertise in finance, biodiversity, conservation and capital markets to solve deforestation at scale.

A Market-Driven Solution

Rainforests can't be protected by staying passive or relying on donations. RDC monetizes proactive rainforest defense, making it financially viable and scalable. We reinvest 100% of our funds to defend more highly-threatened rainforests.

FRONTLINE Carbon Credits

RDC's carbon credits come from a unique combination of defending and restoring highly-threatened rainforests at the frontlines. We are on our way to offering the most attractive and highest integrity carbon product to corporate buyers.
